Kenneth A. Coleman, ME, DABMP, DABSNM, has been President of RSI since its incorporation in 1975 and is now RSI’s Senior Medical Physicist. Ken’s Master of Engineering degree is from the University of Florida and he is certified by the American Board of Medical Physics in Medical Physics with special competence in Diagnostic Imaging as well as by the American Board of Science in Nuclear Medicine in Radiation Protection and Safety. He is licensed by the Florida Division of Medical Quality Assurance as a Diagnostic Radiological Physicist, a Medical Nuclear Radiological Physicist and a Medical Health Physicist. Ken practices in general Diagnostic and Nuclear Medical Physics with special emphasis in support of all accreditation programs of the American College of Radiology (ACR) and shielding consultation.

Carly D. Williams, MS, joined RSI in 2008 after graduating from the University of Florida. Carly is certified by the American Board of Radiology in Diagnostic Radiologic Physics. Carly is licensed by the Florida Division of Medical Quality Assurance as a Diagnostic Medical Physicist and has a Medical Physicist in Training for Nuclear Medicine Physics. Carly provides support for our ACR programs for Mammography, Ultrasound, Magnetic Resonance, and Computed Tomography as well as Radiological Equipment Performance Evaluations and general Medical Physics activities.

BoHyun An Hartmann, MS, joined RSI in 2009 after graduating from the University of Florida. Bo is pursuing certification by the American Board of Radiology in Diagnostic Radiologic Physics and has already passed the part one exam. Bo is licensed by the Florida Division of Medical Quality Assurance as a Medical Physicist in Training. She supports for our ACR Mammography accreditation program as well as Radiological Equipment Performance Evaluations, ACR MRI testing and general Medical Physics support.

James E. Grebe, AS, also joined RSI fulltime in early 1991 after working part time with RSI for several years. Jim brings to RSI significant skills in Diagnostic Radiology after having worked as a Radiologic Technologist (registered in both Radiologic Technology and Quality Management) and serving for many years as a Clinical Instructor for the St. Petersburg Community College RT program. Jim is licensed by the Florida Division of Medical Quality Assurance as a Diagnostic Radiological Physicist and has primary responsibility for RSI Radiologic Equipment Performance Evaluation program.

Richard A. Cacciatore, AS, joined RSI fulltime in 1994 and brings to RSI significant skills in Nuclear Medicine after having worked as a Nuclear Technologist for several years and, just before joining RSI, serving as Administrator and Radiation Safety Officer at the first PET Center in Tampa. Rick is licensed by the Florida Division of Medical Quality Assurance both as a Medical Nuclear Radiological Physicist and a Medical Health Physicist and primarily supports RSI services to Nuclear Medicine Imaging clients.

Grant W. Coleman, BA, joined RSI full time in late 2003 and works as a Radiation Measurement Specialist. In that capacity, he provides services for the evaluation of display monitors used by Radiologists for image interpretation and supports RSI’s Radiologic Equipment Performance Evaluation services.

Shirley V. Coleman, BS, has worked off and on with RSI since we started in 1975 and has been our full time Office Supervisor for many years.

Diane M. Coleman, BS, has worked both full time and part time positions with RSI since 1997 and is our Bookkeeper and Office Manager.

Scott L. Shields, MS, joined RSI in June 2012 and is a graduate of Georgia Tech. He is certified by the American Board of Radiology in Diagnostic Radiological Physics and has been working as a Diagnostic Medical Physics consultant since 2006. Scott is licensed by the Florida Division of Medical Quality Assurance as a Diagnostic Medical Physicist. Scott provides support for our ACR programs for Mammography, Ultrasound, Magnetic Resonance, and Computed Tomography as well as Radiological Equipment Performance Evaluations and general Medical Physics activities.

Thomas J. Martin, AS, graduated from HCC and has worked in the Tampa Bay area for nearly two decades as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in general nuclear medicine as well as PET. Tom is a certified nuclear medicine technologist and a registered Radiological Technologist in Nuclear Medicine. Tom joined RSI in May 2012 and assists in the ACR accreditation testing of PET, SPECT and Planar equipment in addition to general Nuclear Medicine technology consultation.

Patricia A. Camunas, AS, graduated from HCC and has worked in the Tampa Bay area for more than 30 years as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in cardiac and general nuclear medicine as well as serving as Radiation Safety Officer. Patty is a registered Radiological Technologist in Nuclear Medicine. Patty joined RSI in January 2012 and provides regulatory Nuclear Medicine consultation, serves as RSO at client facilities, and assists in general support to our client base.

Freire L. Lima, BA, graduated from University of South Florida and has worked in the Tampa Bay area for more than 15 years as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in cardiac and general nuclear medicine (achieving the status of a Vice President of Operations in a national corporation) as well as serving as Radiation Safety Officer. Freire is a certified nuclear medicine technologist and provides regulatory Nuclear Medicine consultation, RSO consultation, as well as assists in ACR accreditation testing of PET, SPECT and Planar equipment, and general support to our client base.
